Terms and conditions

All bookings are conditional upon an accompanying payment of 25% non-refundable deposit, with the balance payable six weeks prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let but refund of the deposit cannot be guaranteed.

Personal cheques or banker’s drafts drawn on a British bank account will be accepted. Any extras must be settled prior to departure by either cash, cheque and most major Credit Cards.

In the event of damage being caused to either the fabric or the contents of the Castle, guests will be held responsible and charged in full for the necessary repairs and, if appropriate, replacements.

Dogs must at all time be kept under their owner’s control and are confined to the ground floor only.

Children are welcome but must remain under parental supervision at all times. Their use of the Steinway grand piano and the snooker table is at the Castle Management’s sole discretion.
